One quick hack to increase show rates for booked demos. Leverage commitment device(s). What are commitment devices? Glad you asked. Even if you didn't, I'd still tell you. It's a tool that individuals use to lock themselves into a course of action they might not choose otherwise. Commitment devices come in many forms, one of which can be to another person. When a prospect books a demo, frame the booking as a commitment to show up for another person, a real human person. One with a name, a face, a life and time that's valuable just like you. It's easy to skip out on a meeting with a random company but it's difficult to stand up a real person.

Yep. spot on. Demos aren't sales pitches. Demos are solutions pitches. Show us what problems you solve and precisely how. This is even more critical in the era of AI where solutions aren't necessarily interchangeable even when in the same solution space.
