On July 4th we celebrate the courage of those men and women who embraced the idea of freedom and indepedence and sacrificed much to earn it. It took over seven years from the time the Declaration of Independence was signed until the day the British surrendered, but those in the halls of Congress, and those who rallied behind such a powerful ideal didn't know how long the task would last. Today we are honored and inspired by those same "self- evident" truths to continue building a more perfect Union, no matter how long the task will take. Happy Indepedence Day! #independenceday #transformers #distributiontransformers #fieldservices #temporarypower #circulareconomy #sustainability #rentalpower

In time for the big #celebration make sure you have enough #swag to promote your business. With thousands of potential new customers able to see your brand name supporting our country, is in my opinion, an investment well made. (And included in your marketing budget 😉)! More importantly, however, your #customers will have memories lasting a lifetime. Cheers. #brandpromotion #yourbrand #yourlogo #USA #newcustomers

A month dedicated to recognizing the significant contributions, rich cultures, traditions, and histories of Native Americans. It's not just about looking back at the history but also acknowledging the influence Native tribes and communities continue to have on our society today. From arts to agriculture, philosophy to politics, their impact is woven into the very fabric of America. Here are a few ways we can all partake in this celebration: Educate Ourselves: Dive deep into the histories, stories, and teachings of Native American communities. There are countless books, documentaries, and online resources available. Support Native-Owned Businesses: Now is an excellent time to discover and support Native artisans, creators, and entrepreneurs. Participate in Local Events: Attend cultural events, workshops, or seminars. Listen to native speakers, engage in dialogues, and embrace the celebrations. Acknowledge Land: Understand the history of the land you're on. Recognize and respect the tribes who originally inhabited these places. Spread the Word: Share what you learn and inspire others. Use your platform, no matter how big or small, to amplify native voices. Let this month be a reminder of the strength, resilience, and unmatched beauty of Native American cultures. RESPECT OTHERS The removal of the terms ANZAC Day, Christmas and the Kings birthday from the SA holidays list, is further evidence that the rich fabric of Western Society, and our long held and valued cultural customs and practices, are under constant challenge by ethnic groups, who are apparently offended by them. The importance of customs, beliefs and practices to our way of life, such as ANZAC and Remembrance Day, Christmas, Easter, Christianity, Australia Day, our Democracy, etc., are not shared nor celebrated by other cultures, which is completely understandable. However, rather than stand up and strongly defend them, show deep respect and value our past, our leaders have determined, without consultation, that we acquiesce and pander to these vocal minority groups, meet their offensive and disrespectful demands and almost apologise for our way of life. At the same time we are strongly exhorted, under the guise of muti-culturalism, to show respect and appreciation for the diverse range of cultural groups within Australia, their practices, beliefs and customs. Valuing and showing pride for ones own culture should never reflect disrespect nor contempt for anothers, but fully recognising and accepting that we are all different. We don't need to share the same values, but we need to be respectful of others, and theirs.
