Wilson Engineers values career development, and one way we implement this is through our SPROUTS Program. This Program is for 1st—through 5th-year engineers to learn from leadership and senior colleagues about skills and processes for the paths ahead of them. Just last week, we had a SPROUT session where Greg Lindsey, one of our construction inspectors, talked about how to prepare during the construction phase, what to obtain from the contractor, and how to coordinate information verification with construction inspectors.
