These brilliant women of WHY Brands, Inc. know a thing or two about making connections. Our very own Jane Jacobs (right) sat down with three experts on the topic for a vibrant discussion on expanding your circle and leveraging your network. Thank you to our all-star panel—Jordan Nodal, Elena Perille and Sarah Baskin (left to right)—for celebrating #WomensHistoryMonth with us and sharing your insight and wisdom.
It's truly inspiring to witness these women excelling at WHY Brands, Inc. However, I understand that one particular team recently transitioned from a hybrid schedule to a new 10-hour workdays and half-day Fridays. Alongside commute challenges, it poses a significant struggle for working moms in balancing their work and family commitments. Knowing that WHY Brands oversees Munchkin, a baby and toddler company, it's surprising that these considerations weren't factored in, particularly given the impact on two working mom employees who are now without jobs. Additionally, it's worth noting that I understand it's ultimately up to the manager to decide which employees work these hours versus a hybrid model. How is WHY Brands supporting working moms?
It was an absolute delight to lead this discussion with such amazing colleagues. Networking about networking at its best!
