HR's responsibilities span the employee journey, from recruitment strategy planning to talent development and exit management, shaping company culture, enhancing performance, and supporting talent. Breakdown of HR's functions at various stages:
1. Recruitment Planning: Collaborating with hiring managers to define role specifications, craft job descriptions, and design targeted recruitment strategies.
2. Sourcing: Actively seeking qualified candidates through platforms like job boards, social media, and networking events with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
3. Screening and Selection: Assessing resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates on alignment with organizational values and culture fit.
