We love pollinators! 🐝💕🌼 Pollinators are essential for the survival of more than 80% of flowering plants, including more than 100 crops grown in the U.S. That means one out of every three bites of food we consume is thanks to the work of pollinators. Beyond providing food, pollinators contribute to healthy ecosystems that help clean the air, stabilize soils, protect against severe weather and support diverse wildlife.   • This chart provides 8 tips from the Pollinator Partnership website on how to plant a garden that will attract pollinators:
1) Habitat opportunities abound, from window boxes to acres of farms to corporate campuses to utility and roadside corridors – every site can be habitat.
2) Utilize plants native to your area (or at the least, non-invasive for your area).
3) Utilize the Ecoregional Planting Guides and the Garden Recipe Cards to create or enhance your pollinator garden. 
4) Know your soil type and select appropriate plant material.
5) Plant in clusters to create a "target' for pollinators to find.
6) Plant for continuous bloom throughout the growing season from spring to fall.
7) Select a site that is removed from wind, has at least partial sun, and can provide water.
8) Allow material from dead branches and logs remain as nesting sites; reduce mulch to allow patches of bare ground for ground-nesting bees to
