Forced to seek care at an out-of-network hospital, Monica encountered the unfamiliar process of prior authorization. Eboni has brought her expertise and enthusiasm to WellSense, making significant contributions through regulatory reporting, policy maintenance, process improvement and data analysis. She thrives in the team environment, valuing the opportunity to learn from and grow with her colleagues. Eboni finds her productivity peak in the quiet of the night, when her focus is sharpest. A proponent of positive thinking, she sees her glass as perpetually half full. Outside of work, Eboni is inspired by the principles of "Atomic Habits" by James Clear, a book that resonates deeply with her approach to personal and professional growth. Her forward-thinking mindset and commitment to excellence make her a valuable member of the WellSense family.
