Can you manage all the things you have to do in 1 day? Spoiler: probably not. Last week the gym where I work out was packed every day of the week. There were never that many people there. It wasn't pleasant. Maybe a sudden increase in membership? But then I understood why. The gym has three locations covering nearly all areas of the city. Last week one of these locations closed for renovations. All the members flocked to the other two gyms. The balance was now broken. Gyms rely on some of their members not showing up every day. This way members will hardly find an overcrowded gym. Good training experience good customer service. But why am I talking about gyms? Like in the gym example, unexpected things happen all the time. You can’t fill your agenda with tasks, just as gyms can’t be full. Focus on things that you have to achieve regardless. Your mind needs space to perform better. P.S.
