Rectangle or rounded?

everybody always seems to want rounded. And I get the argument why. But I will gladly poke rectangular things. And so, I accept rectangle buttons and will shield them from this anti-rectangle hate.

As per my expertise, Rounded buttons can increase click rates by 10-15%. The rounded corners create additional whitespace around the button, making it stand out more clearly as an interactive element. This design enhances the button’s visual appeal and makes it feel more clickable to users.
rounded is quite better!
Both can work if done correctly, i.e., it fits the overall design and has a well-written label.

If the whole design is with sharp corners the first one or if you're using curvy edged elements you can choose the second one.

I personally love rounded buttons, but it entirely depends on project 😁
