As THG celebrates its 20th birthday, I am thrilled to reflect on my incredible journey. Nearly 4 years ago, I joined THG as a marketplace executive for China, eager to make a mark. Launching a platform that generated £1M in its first year was just the beginning of an exciting adventure. Since then, I have had the privilege to take on further responsibilities, and today, I am proud to serve as the China Country Manager. Leading a talented team of nine, managing 8 figures sales in revenue, and consistently achieving double-digit growth has been a remarkable experience. THG's commitment to innovation and excellence has been the driving force behind our success. Throughout my time at THG, I have been fortunate to participate in various programs that have significantly contributed to my growth. I’ve been nominated for Employee of the Quarter, a testament to THG's supportive and dynamic work environment. Additionally, being part of the "Mycon" High-Performance Programme and completing two additional management courses have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to excel in my role. Consistency, the willingness to go the extra mile, and a passion for innovation have been key to my journey at THG. These values are deeply ingrained in the company culture and have played a crucial role in shaping my career. I am excited to continue contributing to our collective success and look forward to many more years of growth and achievement with THG.
