I stumbled upon NICE's unique way of promoting its' company values: For one month, the employees have been recording 15 second videos for the "𝙊𝙛 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙜𝙚". It goes something like: "𝑊𝑒 𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑁𝐼𝐶𝐸𝑟𝑠, 𝑜𝑓 𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑠𝑒 𝑤𝑒...." The idea is to spread the word of the company culture and values in a funny way. 🥇 The winners (I think 5 of them) get 2 tickets for a Taylor Swift concert in London.
