Trammell Crow Company's office-to-multifamily conversion project is scheduled for the June 26 City Council agenda. This project highlights the potential of adaptive reuse and sustainable urban development. WDG recently completed Peridot, the partial conversion of Santander Tower for Pacific Elm Properties in collaboration with Mintwood Real Estate, adding 228 new homes to downtown Dallas. Both efforts continue to add vitality to the city while reducing office vacancy. Read more about this project on Candy's Dirt.

Adaptive reuse makes great use of exiting buildings. Jordan & Skala Engineers has done a lot of these over the years. We are seeing a higher number of these project opportunities in 2024 than we have seen in the past decade. Thanks for sharing, Jaime!
