3wI'm such a staunch and loyal supporter of your company for the past 20 years and I came up with the most bizarre experience, at the self checkout line, at one of your stores in Central Florida. I was detained for a refill by an assistant manager because apparently I paid less than $3 for it. Are you guys now Penny pinching customers for refills? What's next? Putting the cups behind the counter? What a shame...
