Why are #veterinary surgeons reluctant to move back into clinical work? Is part of the reason the worry that they might not be good enough and might make mistakes? In other words, are they concerned they might be viewed by themselves and colleagues as a ‘bad vet’? We can challenge the rather narrow assumptions associated with the ‘good vet’ discourse and change and expand what it means to be a valued member of a contemporary clinical team to make our profession more #inclusive and to welcome vets back into practice.
