“Diversity is a superpower in business. Being representative of your entire customer base is something that’s going to make you more successful. It has to be more than the idea of selling dreams, it’s about teaching and treating a generation of women that have been typically overlooked. I love that’s part of what I do.” So says Emma Grede in the #sundaytimes #style magazine. She’s business angel to the #Kardashians and a multimillionaire fashion mogul and co-founder of GOOD AMERICAN. And for exactly those reasons, I’m working on She's Electric again on 2024, and continuing to drive the #gendergap conversation with the support of my colleagues and our data at Auto Trader UK. How many times do we all have to tell OEMs and their agencies that they won’t engage with female consumers on a mass scale until they put women at the forefront of their businesses, their campaigns and their marketing communications? The Kardashians get it. Why is the automotive industry continuing to walk around with blinkers on, claiming it is gender neutral without doing anything to push that dial to a neutral position? Nothing changes if nothing changes. and She's Electric is literally the only retail opportunity I see at the moment on the horizon for women to engage properly with electric cars, test drive them, understand more and learn to trust the brand in a truly lifestyle and friendly retail space. Everyone should be queueing up to get on board. #EV #gendergap #womenempowerment #womenentrepreneurs Emma Grede GOOD AMERICAN

When heroes work together - everything is achievable.
Participation W3 Energy implemented business planning with the staff in 2018, and together, we set an activity plan to achieve our goals. One of the goals was to celebrate together after five successful years with a trip abroad. Point by point, the goals we set in 2018 have been reached. We are delighted that our annual activity planning was carried out in Italy and with high attendance from the workforce. Now, we enter 2024 with continued good growth based on activities that the entire staff has been involved in planning. Transparency, participation, and equality - It is the W3 Way. #participation #Equality #w3energy #conference #assetmanager #goals
