Lodge complain on 21st June 2024 for any issue of my split AC and technician called me next day in morning that he will come in noon. Today is 27th June but nobody came at my residence and also not picking up the call. Service provider is Majesti Blu air, Patna. I have earlier also complained about this service centre. Pathetic Service... why u r not replacing this service centre when lots of complains coming for this Majectic Bluair solutions. Dissatisfied with the service your customer care is providing to its consumers. I have been following up for resolution of my complaint from last 10 days. Initiating complaint again and again. And your company is closing my request with fake remarks without even contacting me. As you are can see first complaint resolved with remarks resolved over phone. Surprised your company can service the AC and resolve its issues by just without even contacting the consumer. Imaginary service of AC may be your comapny is doing. See for yourself, screenshots of messages received from your company. If this is what you want than maybe i have to contact you through enforcement of law under Consumer Protection Act.

Voltas. : I have been sold faulty product and when complaining with in one month of purchase, no hearing.... Complaint open for more than one month.... Call on call center, mails, twitter and now here. Does Voltas start to belied in the customer harrasment ????? Does Voltas only cheat customer ???? #cheating #harassment #voltas

Voltas Limited - A TATA Enterprise Pls look into this issue and Can you explain for delay response and Still not received part of Ac Your Tata product is best and good quality service but very bad quality services in this time. Very bad experience for you side, no any effort for quick response with smooth solutions. Complaint registered on 14/05/24 but still not resolve.Not a single call to me for this issue till now. Now approx 62days gone but no any update for solution. How much time for resolve issues...? Sir/Madam,I have raised a complaint regarding non-working (Cooling Issue) of my AC vide Request ID 24053000942 dated 30.05.2024. Technician visited on dated 01.06.2024 and checked the AC unit and found that AC Gas issue. Then he asked for visited charge 599/- and told that we he will intimate Voltas customer care regarding status of AC unit then after approval from voltas they will again visited. Amount of 599/- paid by me and he left telling we will visit again after voltas approval.But still no technician came for resolution. Always in last a massage comes that customer not responding. After closing of complaint each time a new complaint booked but still issue not received.24053000577 dated 30.05.2024.240530009422406251441824070411214 dated 04.07.2024Kindly look into the matter and do necessary for early resolution of my complaint.Thanking you sir.

have been raised the compliant to voltas for the resolution as I had purchased one ac 06 months back and in that 06 months repeatedly breakdowns (cooling issue ) has happened and on raising request simply engineer visit and not taking any corrective action. I requested voltas team multiple times to intervene and provide me permanent solution or arrange visit of some expert but they have not provided me the resolution till date Below are the details Customer name; Address : Village and charwa post kaushambi 212203 Dealer name for voltas AC Ticket id :24060815062

Here are the records of my service complaints 1)- 24052959561 dated- 29 May 2024 ( Paid rs 9499/- for condenser change ) 2)- 24061442705 dated- 14 June 2024 ( Paid rs 800/- for capacitor change) 3)- 24061745065 dated- 17 June 2024 (complaint not attended ) I have complaint 3 times for AC Cooling issue and escalated several times but no one is responsive. They self cancel the complaints without attending. We are fool to buy Voltas products and service centre and voltas team being unresponsive in this matter. Kindly suggest to whom i should contact.

Request number 24052052648 I have complaint on 20 may 24. Till now no positive response from your side.Technician are visited . And he replaced compressor 2 time with wrong compressor code . Again he told me your outdoor PCB is crupted. 20 june 24 . today 27 june but no technician are visit and replace PCB. he just Guess may be PCB is crupted. he told me i have no idea about PCB . Your technician are not well trained and well explained. Service centre told me part has been ordered. How many day you take time to solve a single issue. after 39 day . what's the status of my complaint. No one can be responsible for self . Every person Bypass the complaint to others person. voltas most expensive machine was sold with 2 free service warranty, after installation there is no response/ reply- 1 year expired in april now matter in email & other social medias if no response-services than matter will escalate to court with all other charges & FIR for cheating / fraud /harassments will be the next step. on body wants to fight but i will not leave the 2 services promised.
