Voltas Limited - A TATA Enterprise Hello, My name is Geetanjali. I had complaint about my AC not working on May 12th 24, and request for a compressor was made on the same day. Till date it hasn't arrived, and I am dying in Chennai heat. I have been calling the service center and customer support number, but both keep directing to each other. Noone wants to take the responsibility. Service center says their job is to fix the AC once the part arrives and they can't follow up on the part being dispatched. They no longer take the call either. Customer service keeps saying their job is to log a complaint and everything else needs to be done for the service center. Customer service keeps disconnecting the call stating they can't see the status of the request either. Please help. I have been getting zero support from the company. Voltas Unitary Products Business Group

Very disappointment with the service of voltas. Voltas Limited - A TATA Enterprise Service request number :- 24060347127 I am writing to express my concern regarding the installation of a new dishwasher purchased from Flipkart. I submitted an installation request on June 3, 2024, but no one has been allocated for the installation so far. Additionally, the service provider's phone number (6287026999) is not reachable. This is my first purchase of any Voltas equipment, and the experience with your service has been challenging. If the installation of new products takes this long, I am worried about the response time for future complaints and other services. I kindly request you to take immediate action and arrange for the installation of the dishwasher. If your team is unable to handle my request, please provide a response indicating so. Sorry to say but never expected from house of TATA .bought two window air conditioner both failed in one year I mean GAS leak .which gone in tothe environment. Loss to me as I have to pay for the gas n loss to environment too. And I have lost the trust in tata now

Dear Vcare Support Team, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the technical support provided by your Jaipur team. Our machines have been non-functional since May 24, 2024, and despite multiple communications via email, the issue remains unresolved. The repeated response has been that the PCB is not working properly. Mr. Bhoodev has replaced the PCB four times from May 28, 2024, to date, yet the problem persists. It has been 14 days, and the prolonged downtime has resulted in significant business losses. As a well-known brand, I expect a higher standard of service from Vcare. The current situation is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved within the next 24 hours, we will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the consumer forum and file a case. We urge you to take immediate action to resolve this issue.

Mr. Pradeep Bakshi, Voltas Limited - I wanted to share my recent experience with Voltas refrigerators. I purchased Model No: 271 L 2-star Frost-Free Double Door Refrigerator, Emeria Red, RFF2953ERCF, but unfortunately, I've been facing significant issues with both the product and service. Despite multiple attempts to resolve a gas issue in our old refrigerator and waiting over 20 days for an exchange, we're still without a replacement. This delay has been particularly challenging as my mother relies on refrigerated medications, and her health has been impacted. Exchange Model No - (Model No: 228 L Frost-Free Double Door 2 Star Refrigerator, Nightangle Blue, RFF265D/W0NBR0I0000GO). We made an advance payment for the exchange (Rs 9220/-), but the issue remains unresolved. I urge Voltas to prioritize this matter and improve their services to prevent such inconveniences in the future. We don't have a Ticket ID how I can track my order? I am requesting you Please Understand our critical situation and replace my refrigerator as soon as possible My mother needs it urgently she is not well Please deliver my order before 11th June as soon as possible Thank you.

Iss mubarakbaad se kuch nahi hoga, Service par Dhyan do. I am facing problem in last two' months My ac is not cooling... Complaint done many times... Ur technician/service centre cancelled my complaints by remark-custmer not responded but there is no call from ur technician and service centre. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Voltas. My Voltas deep freezer, purchased just 364 days ago, has stopped working (Request Number: 24060537198). Despite multiple complaints and technician visits, the issue remains unresolved. This has severely disrupted my mother's cloud kitchen business. The lack of skilled technicians and timely resolution is unacceptable for a company of this stature. #CustomerService #Voltas #TataGroup
