Hi Voltas Limited - A TATA Enterprise Team, I am very much disappointed from the service by voltas I had purchased Ac on 19 may 2024 after that it stopped working from around 12 June 2024. Technician visited and was saying there is issue with pcb they have raised the request for pcb but today is 13 Jun 2024 and I didn't received any resolution till now and daily following up with customer care very much disappointed with the service My request number is 24061729705

Service Request No.24062513678 My Voltas Ac was cooling but not properly i told technician also to check the Ampire my inventor Ac working on 3.5 Ampire and it has to work on 5.6 Ampire he denied and released the R32 Gas from my out door unit and Said senser will change now the situation is that my Ac even not a 1%. Working and after that on 2nd July 2024 your technician came and took my AC to the survice centre and till my problem is not resolved they are mentaly harassment me. Now I m going to the court with this complaint.
Don't buy any Voltas products. I purchased a Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC on 29th May 2024, and it stopped cooling after 20 days. Despite multiple technician visits and paying for installation and nitrogen checks, the issue remains unresolved. The service center is unresponsive, and I'm being asked to pay additional charges for reinstallation. Extremely disappointed with the service quality and lack of accountability. My complaint number is 24072004351. I have emailed you multiple times with no response after 25 days of continuous emailing and complaints.
I regret to share my frustrating experience with my Voltas AC. After only 20 days, the unit stopped cooling due to a gas leak. Despite multiple technician visits and countless emails over 25 days, the issue remains unresolved (Complaint No. 24073010375). I am writing to inform you that my Voltas AC problem has not been fixed by ICE Palace since 26/06/2023. I have paid over 7,000/- for this service to ICE PALACE, but my AC has not run for a single day since then. I have communicated with @Gourab Dutta/UPBG/Kolkataand @Saiful Ali regarding this issue, but they have not answered my calls or responded to my emails. I am sharing the bill details with this email. I have also raised multiple requests on "https://www.voltasservice.com/", and ICE PALACE has taken service charges from me but canceled all the requests. It appears that Voltas' third-party service agency is not servicing customers properly and has not provided information to Voltas. (I am sharing a screenshot from https://www.voltasservice.com/ showing the last service request was canceled without any fix.) I am very unhappy. Also [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] they are not responding to my email and phone call. Can you please let me that what they have doing for Voltas?
