Instead of opening stores, focus on your after sales service. It’s gone from bad to worst . Also, stick to your commitments and warranty as listed. Not just by your own choice

Expressing my deep Desetification with both product quality and customer service I have received from Voltas. I I recently purchase Voltas Inverter AC specially to ensure comfortable environment for my family. Concern is my AC has broke down since last 35 days and I have requested for the for maintenance of AC which I have used for one day only after purchase.The service person who has come for fix the problem has taken all the PCB and other parts of AC with him for checking and now When I contacted to customer service they are saying this that it will take additional 8 to 10 days to fix my problem. I find this delay unjustifiable. Is this truly the level of service which Voltas offers to its customer? I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. As a customer who trusted your brand for it's reputed reliability and service, I feel let down by this situation. I urge you to address this matter with the highest priority and provide a swift resolution to this defective product. Please arrange immediate repair or replacement of this pathetic product or you can take it back. First resolve customers complaint before opening stores. Present customers are unhappy and no use of showing new store opening. I made complaint of AC not functioning . The technician who came to attend the complaint badly damaged the AC and due to his mistake gas leaked . Technician are not trained . The work has not been put on record just because it was company fault. So there is no warranty of the work done for which company has not taken any action

Hello Voltas, Just hate your faulty services. I am writing to inform you that my Voltas AC problem has not been fixed by ICE Palace since 26/06/2023. I have paid over 7,000/- for this service to ICE PALACE, but my AC has not run for a single day since then. I have communicated with @Gourab Dutta/UPBG/Kolkataand @Saiful Ali regarding this issue, but they have not answered my calls or responded to my emails. I am sharing the bill details with this email. I have also raised multiple requests on "https://www.voltasservice.com/", and ICE PALACE has taken service charges from me but canceled all the requests. It appears that Voltas' third-party service agency is not servicing customers properly and has not provided information to Voltas. (I am sharing a screenshot from https://www.voltasservice.com/ showing the last service request was canceled without any fix.) I am very unhappy. Also [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] they are not responding to my email and phone call. Can you please let me that what they have doing for Voltas?

Voltas Limited - A TATA Enterprise Hello! Hope you are well. While Voltas is busy opening new stores, it's ignoring it's senior citizen customers. I am writing this post here with great frustration and after exhausting all other options. My parents who are both in their mid 70s haven been trying to contact the Voltas customer service team in Gurugram for the last 7 days as their Voltas AC is malfunctioning. A team visited 7 days back and diagnosed the issue but since then, no one has come to fix the issue despite repeated calls. Iinfact, a couple of individuals from Voltas have been rude on the phone. My parents have been without an AC in the sweltering Gurugram heat for the last week. Any help will be much appreciated. Regards Tejas

Complaint number 1: 24041118935 2: 24050819953I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the non-replacement of my Voltas air conditioner, which is still under warranty. Despite multiple requests and follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved  Unfortunately, the air conditioner has developed a significant fault, which has been verified by your authorized service personnel. I have lodged multiple complaints with your customer service department, but there has been no satisfactory resolution. The service team has visited my premises on starting of April , and despite their efforts, the unit remains non-functional. I have been assured several times that the unit would be replaced, but no action has been taken.

Very cheap technology and machine by Voltas Email Address: [email protected] Model Name and Capacity: Voltas AC 183V CAX(4503692)/2024 Tonnage 1 Ton, 1.5 Ton 3 Star Date of Purchase: Date of AC Purchase (26-05-2024) Invoice Number: # EAAAAC-86276069 Nature of Complaint: Gas Leaking and Compressors issues Complaint Description: Given that this AC is brand new and not functioning as expected, first all of the installation work was done at night. The technician team was not genuine. Because AC leakage starts 1nd Day, the team could not rectify it. Next day, I call to Voltas. They answer problem will be solve out very soon. On 4th June, Technician Team visited to my home to checked AC and said AC would be repaired. It is fault peace (Mention in job sheet). AC is not working and hanging in home’s wall since 30th May 2024 to till today (01.07.2024) in not working condition. Almost one month of summer has been passed. Many emails have been sent to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] Sometimes, I have emailed you recording as a proof. I have made video for X.com and Youtube.com. But still there is no response from your side.

Here are the records of my service complaints 1)- 24052959561 dated- 29 May 2024 ( Paid rs 9499/- for condenser change ) 2)- 24061442705 dated- 14 June 2024 ( Paid rs 800/- for capacitor change) 3)- 24061745065 dated- 17 June 2024 (complaint not attended ) I have complaint 3 times for AC Cooling issue and escalated several times but no one is responsive. They self cancel the complaints without attending. We are fool to buy Voltas products and service centre and voltas team being unresponsive in this matter. Kindly suggest to whom i should contact.

Service Request No.24062513678My Voltas Ac was cooling but not properly i told technician also to check the Ampire my inventor Ac working on 3.5 Ampire and it has to work on 5.6 Ampire he denied and released the R32 Gas from my out door unit and Sadi senser will change now the situation is that my Ac even not a 1%.Now I m going to the court with this complaint.
