This move reflects a commitment to accelerating its development and achieving its ambitions for 2027-2030. • 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐭, 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐌𝐨𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 As an expert in electricity markets, particularly in France, and Director of Power Sales for Voltalia since 2016, Laurent Pillot takes on the leadership of a new geographical division, including Metropolitan France and French Guiana, and is appointed France & Overseas Territories Director. Laurent also joins the Board of Directors of Triton Timber and will oversee the development of the company’s Sustainable Mobility activities. • 𝐑𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐊𝐥𝐞𝐢𝐧, 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 Recognized for his inspiring leadership and innovative approach, Robert Klein, LATAM & Morocco Director since 2017, is expanding his historical scope and is appointed Latin America and North Africa Director (ALAN). Robert is also in charge of the Special Projects team, dedicated to the potential development of new projects and activities for Voltalia, particularly in the hydrogen sector. Robert will lead the countries where projects are most advanced: Egypt and Jordan. • 𝐘𝐨𝐧𝐢 𝐀𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫, 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞, 𝐀𝐟𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 & 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 Building on his former role as Head of Investment and Funding at Voltalia since 2018, and his past experiences as renewable energy project developer, Yoni Ammar has the necessary expertise and skills to ensure Voltalia's international development. He is appointed Europe, Africa & International Director. Yoni will bring new perspectives to address the future challenges of renewable energy and accelerate growth in these regions. Yoni also takes the lead of the Power Sales team (Commercialization) across all territories where Voltalia operates. Kelly's path to renewable energy began with her studies in English and drama, followed some time in the nuclear industry. Her passion for renewables soon took over, leading her to a thriving career where she now oversees our projects across Europe, including Egypt, Romania, Albania, Slovakia, and Uzbekistan. Joining Voltalia was a perfect fit for Kelly. Her role as a project leader on utility-scale renewable projects in the UK paved the way for her current position.
