The best healthcare is the kind that gives patients what they need and delivers outcomes that matter the most to patients.   @Australian Health Service Alliance and @Insight Actuaries are working together on a groundbreaking data and analytics tool that helps place patient perspectives at the centre of our healthcare system.   Patient-reported data has emerged as a crucial element of successful, value-driven health systems worldwide. From the US to Europe, to Africa and Asia, patient-reported data has consistently led to health service improvement, fewer adverse events and shorter hospital stays, contributing to markedly lower costs and better healthcare outcomes for patients.   Meaningful consideration of wide-ranging patient-reported data needs to be included in our #privatehealthcare system.
