This is what unified commerce is about ! consumers most often start their search online but frequently prefer visit in-store for experience, customer service, and personalised engagement. Both channels shall work in full synchronisation enabled by omnichannel infrastructure (stock, logistics, payments) and more importantly with omnichannel KPIs for the sales associates !
