It's been almost three months since we received our B-Corp certification, it is still right up there as one of our most significant achievements to date. Additionally, data can be subject to interpretation and context, leading to different conclusions depending on how it is analyzed and used. It's essential to critically evaluate data sources and consider potential biases or limitations when making data-driven decisions. ❓ Which skills have you learned while working at Tredence? 💡 Through my experience working at Tredence, I have developed strong communication skills. I've learned to articulate complex technical concepts clearly, foster collaboration among diverse teams, and effectively convey project progress and findings to clients. ❓ How do you stay motivated when faced with challenges or setbacks? 💡 I try to focus on the bigger picture by reminding myself of my long-term goals to help me stay motivated during challenging times.
