On June 12, the Cimpress office in Bangalore hosted a High Tea event with our #EmployeeResourceGroup (ERG), Women at Work. During the event, the group hosted a panel discussion with women leaders across the organization, including Christina Wick, Chanda Sethia, Hanaa Antunes Boumah, and Rinku Singhal. They discussed many topics, including embracing failure and the intricacies of work/life harmony. The event raised awareness of the Women at Work ERG in India. Attendees fostered genuine relationships and started to build new networks to support #Mentorship and community building opportunities, allowing for increased #Development and personal growth.

#wosupwomen Day- 6️⃣ Women supporting women. 👭 The theme chosen by PM Group India for this year's International Women's Day is "women supporting women". 💝 This year, our focus is on highlighting the appreciation and support that women extend to one another, encouraging greater solidarity among women, fostering mutual support, appreciation, offering encouragement, providing pep talks, and celebrating each other's successes. 👏 🙌 We invited 8 our female colleagues to share stories about the women who have supported and uplifted them at any point in their lives. The responses we received exceeded our expectations. Each of the responses are beautifully unique and remarkable. 🌹 These stories are deeply inspiring, touching, and empowering. They convey how the support they've received, has influenced their lives and express their appreciation. 💜 Thank you to everyone who shared their stories - Deepa K.. Returning to work after taking a career break can be challenging. Having supportive systems in place is crucial and provides a sense of reassurance. 🌸 We hope that these narratives serve as motivation for all of us to support and empower one another. 👯♀️ Do you have or know of any such stories? Feel free to share your own stories in the comments using #wosupwomen. We would love to hear them! #PMGroup #wosupwomen #womensupportingwomen #womeninbusiness #supporteachother #womensupportingwomeninbusiness #womenempowerment #wosupwomen #womenempoweringwomen #workingmoms #workingmothers #careerbreak

We at Emerge India, celebrated the International Women’s Day by gifting each of our female employees a table stand for their work desk, which read – “Proud to be Women!!” and an establishment of Women’s Cell into our organization, which not only encourages each woman to be fearless and empowered but also lets her know that we (Emerge) are here to protect her, and stand by her in the hour of need. The women today are remarkably creating milestones of successes in their respective fields of expertise, possibly setting themselves as inspirational examples for other women in this world. The theme for International Women's Day 2024 is "Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress." This means it's important to support women by giving them opportunities for education, jobs, healthcare, and leadership roles. By doing this, we can make progress towards making sure men and women are treated equally. Let's celebrate this day by recognizing the achievements and happiness of women everywhere. #InvestInWomen #InspireInclusion #tekwissen

Collaboration is a key to success in any organization. Competition with your peers and colleagues is healthy but when you support each other, sell for each other and help each other succeed, the payback to you is exponential. Not only do you succeed professionally but it also brings joy to have helped fellow colleagues be successful. #likewhoyoudoitwith #Amon
As part of the Women India Network feature to celebrate International Women’s Day, Senior Manager Apurva Nikade and Manager Juhi Sequeira talk about the need for women to champion each other’s successes and how women are increasingly choosing collaboration over competition for collective growth at the workplace. #AMon #WomenIndiaNetwork #InternationalWomensDay #TogetherWeRise Vikram Utamsingh, Himanshu Bajaj, Nimisha Rana Pathak (She/Her), Qasim Fizza Latifi 🏳️🌈 , Dhruv Phophalia, Gaganpreet Puri, Vishal Narula, Rahul Gosain
