#intc2610 This is a message for all aspiring and current teachers. Educators make an impact on many lives - not just students. Being able to guide children through the right path and encouraging them to pursue their goals is one of the many actions that a teacher must do. Not only that, but being able to have communication with parents and guardians will also help with a child's success. Collaborating with other school staff will also ensure that all students are being guided through the right path in their education. Although it may not be rainbows and butterflies everyday, it is important to not let negative emotions get in the way of our students receiving a proper education. By being there for our students - both in good and bad times - we will gain their trust. This will also show that they can count on us in any situation they may be in. Building a healthy relationship is what will ensure that our students will be honest with us - and us being honest with them. We are helping shape future generations, guiding students through personal, emotional, and social growth that will follow them throughout their lives.

8moI totally agree. Creating an atmosphere where children feel like they belong and are wanted is so important to a childs school year success. I also found it important that you mentioned collaborating with others to ensure the greatest education experience you can for your students. This is impactful because while an educator might want to give their students the best education they can, every teacher has different knowledge that can benefit different students. #intc2610
