Competence in Leave Management procedures. 16. Capability in Business Analysis. 17. Understanding of Sustainability principles. 18. Skill in Motivation techniques. 19. Crafting effective HR strategies. 20. Staying current with the latest HR trends.

It’s obvious that there is a problem in the Human Resources Management at the moment, The problem is with the Quality of the persons responsible for a very critical Area in any Business, Unfortunately the majority of Human Resources persons are now working with no Guidelines or Rules therefore their actions became Unpredictable which is leading to Serious problems in the Market, Small and Simple Tasks takes Ages for no clear reason, Hiring process is not clear for the Candidates or the Hiring persons, Promotion process is not clear to anyone, Decisions are not Logic or Rational, They became more Focused on Activities or Parties and not on the Employees or their Benefits and above all a very Strange attitude while dealing with others. The service provided by Human Resources teams is questionable and must be Checked by their Superiors to be Corrected immediately, I believe a clear written process will solve the majority of the problems but the most effective solution is to take good care while Hiring someone in the Human Resources team and keep monitoring them to make sure that they are Acting like Real Humans.

Without the human capital you will just have physical buildings and structures sitting there. its the combined efforts, skills and knowledge of every person within the business whose sacrifices yield the profits and the desired results.
