Yesterday, The Malaysian Oil, Gas & Energy Services Council (MOGSC) and its members are pleased to be invited by PETRONAS to discuss on the proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) focusing on 3 pillars which are Engineering & Technical Delivery Excellence, Capability & Technology Innovation and Project Delivery Digital Transformation. This is part of PETRONAS’ initiative to nurture the local OGSEs and we applaud the effort. The session was active and interactive in forming and agreeing on the content of the proposed MoU to be officially signed during the Oil And Gas Asia (Official) next month (13-15 Sep 2023). Very much work in progress and the MoU signing signifies our intent to jointly work with PETRONAS to empower and enable local OGSEs and fulfil MOGSC’s Strategic Thrust No. 3, to make KL a core O&G hub and giving the opportunity for our members to export their products and services.
