I think malls in general needs more of these local stores to make the mall appaelling to shop at. Its nice to have the global brands an national brands to anchor the mall but they are same same everywhere and can just go online and buy but what sets malls apart is the freshness from local entrepreneurs. Mall needs new content and malls in China lately are going through a lot of reshuffling in terms of their tennats and content.
