iT1 - Best place to work. I have been a reseller for almost 16 years now. I worked a little over 11 years at my last employer, and I have been at iT1 for over 4 1/2 years. A couple of weeks ago, I was on a call with one of the owners and a customer. When I introduced the owner as technically my manager, he corrected me, stating that he was not my manager—my customers were my managers. Recognition and Appreciation: Hearing my name called out and receiving applause from colleagues and superiors for my contributions during the second quarter felt incredibly rewarding. The acknowledgment made me feel valued and motivated to continue giving my best. 2. Liberating Solution's Impact: I owe a significant part of my achievements to Liberating Solution.
