Our papers co-authored by Oğuzhan Ulucan and Prof. Marc Ebner have been accepted at the Computational Color Imaging Workshop in Milano which will be held two days before #ECCV. Oğuzhan Ulucan and I will be in Milano, and we are looking forward to the talks of Peter Morovic, Jan Morovic, Marcello Picollo, and Stephen Westland. 'At the European XFEL, we have a peculiar time structure of the #pulses that come in trains.' There is a train of pulses every 100 milliseconds, with a pulse every 200 nanoseconds within those trains. 'So, if you use these trains of pulses, you can capture a movie,' including of irreversible processes, because the intensity of each pulse is so high that a single one generates an image with sufficient signal to noise ratio.' Sakura Pascarelli, one of three Scientific Directors, explains how the research facility generates the world's largest X-ray #laser, as well as reflecting on her career - a lot of which was spent at the ESRF - The European Synchrotron. Hey everyone, We want to take a moment to talk about our achievements over the past six months and share our objectives for the next season, celebrating Nowroz! Here's a quick rundown of what we've been up to at Quantonix; We’ve: 🔸 Decreased optical integrated component loss and increased micro-resonator Q-factor. 🔸 Developed a new theory and experiment on parity-time symmetric ring resonator lasers. 🔸 Held an Autumn school on introduction to integrated quantum photonic circuits. 🔸 Initialized collaboration with the international quantum community including QWorld and QUAE on research and development. 🔸 Developed two key products “Avalanche Photodiode Detector” and “Thermoelectric Cooling” which are currently being packaged and ready to launch into the market. And that's not all - we've also been hard at work in the lab, cooking up some game-changing products. Keep an eye out for our "Avalanche Photodiode Detector", "Thermoelectric Cooling" and future products. As we look ahead to the next season, our goals remain as ambitious as ever; We’re going to: 🔹 Establish Industry Leadership and further collaborations. 🔹 Conduct Product Development and Marketing. 🔹 Engineer the phase space of non-hermitian systems.
