Hey - it’s been a little while since I shared a “Hey Sis Let’s Stop”, so I thought I’d share one today. As we approach Mental Health Awareness Month, I am reminded of how many of us as black women don’t take time to care for ourselves - especially mentally. I’ve been just as guilty as anyone else but it almost broke me and I learned, I must prioritize my mental health. So sis, stop putting your mental health off until last.
