Sign up for the upcoming workshop on โThe Importance of #socialsupportโ at JustCo The Centrepoint on Dec 19 and learn useful skills that will contribute to meaningful #socialconnections in your personal and professional lives. In collaboration with the Health Promotion Board under the Healthy Workplace Ecosystem programme, participants will delve into the significance of strong social connections and how to provide social support for others at this workshop. They will also have the opportunity to create personalised 'Cards of Connection' for themselves and their loved ones. Given that individuals spend at least eight to nine hours at work daily, cultivating a strong culture of support and fostering meaningful social connections among coworkers becomes crucial. This supportive culture contributes to a safe and conducive environment for exchanging ideas and discussing work-related matters. Similarly, spending meaningful time with loved ones after work can help one unwind, recharge, and feel motivated to tackle the challenges ahead. Before we conclude 2023, let's take a step back and reflect on how we can enhance the lives of those around us and exercise greater self-care.
