Startups that have raised their A round or reached a certain ARR often face similar challenges despite their differences. One of the most pressing questions is, "What's next?" or "How do we scale smartly?" Product teams are pivotal in navigating a startup's growth successfully. That's why we gathered Product Leads from our early-growth startup portfolio for a 3-session workshop with the wonderful Hadas Sheinfeld. The three main challenges we discussed: 1. Managing internal stakeholders (which in turn supports communication with external stakeholders) 2. Getting to know your customers (and how to stay informed when the numbers grow) 3. Growing the team and the product (pinpointing where growth will come from) The hardest questions and the biggest challenges become more manageable when tackled together.
