On June 4-5 VEIL.AI is present at the WISDOM project kick-off in the beautiful Vår Gård Saltsjöbaden in Stockholm archipelago! We are thrilled to be a key technology partner in this groundbreaking initiative that brings together partners from across Europe 🌍 The WISDOM kick-off marks the official start of a transformative journey aimed at improving the management of chronic immune-mediated diseases (CIMDs) through the integration of medical and research data, secure data sharing, and leveraging responsible state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI)-mediated models. A key challenge of the WISDOM project is the efficient re-use of the complex biological information from existing clinical registry and research data. This is where VEIL.AI comes into place. VEIL.AI has unique capabilities to provide high-quality, individual-level anonymized data that is secure and compliant with regulations like GDPR and European Health Data Space (EHDS). With years of experience in data anonymization and data-intensive projects, we have been helping customers unlock the full potential of sensitive health data while safeguarding privacy. VEIL.AI's next-generation anonymization and synthetic data generation play a crucial role in the WISDOM project, enabling cross-border data sharing in compliance with regulations - all without compromising on data quality. Our team CTO Timo Miettinen, Senior Research Engineer Kimmo Pääkkönen, Senior Project Manager Anniina Wäyrynen and Bioinformatician Robert Mills of University of Helsinki are present at the kick-off event and eager to have face-to-face discussions in the next couple of days with other key partners of the WISDOM project such as Karolinska Institutet, EMSP - European Multiple Sclerosis Platform, SDU Sønderborg - University of Southern Denmark, University of Eastern Piedmont, University of Copenhagen (Københavns Universitet), University of Cambridge, Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG), YouHealth AB, Klinikum rechts der Isar der Technischen Universität München and University of Tartu. Thank you to Ingrid Kockum, Alexandra Gyllenberg and the rest of the team at Karolinska Institutet for arranging this kick-off!  #WISDOMProject #DataPrivacy #DataSharing #DataReuse #CrossBorder #DataAnonymization #SyntheticData #CIMDs #HealthData #EHDS #Stockholm
