Words are powerful. They can influence the way you percieve the world and the way you lead.
You are heartily invited to co-create a vocabulary to thrive.
Welcome to the new year, may it bring you everything you desire:)
We are startign the year with the first word from our Vocabulary to Thrive: with #transparency.
You are kindly invited to consider the following questions:
What does the word transparency mean to you?
In what cases do you use it? How do you interpret it? How do you implement it?
Does it raise any concerns for you? Why?
On Wednesday, Sonja Klopcic will present her interpretation of the word transparency. Sonja is the initiator of the 52 words in 52 weeks project, and she is also a developer of sustainable leadership and a multiple-awarded innovator. She is the director of the AEIOU UNIVERSE Institute, the author of four books on leadership, and the recipient of the Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All award. Her passion is to support leaders to lead holistically, which is why she is also a programme manager of the AEIOU Breakthrough for Female Leader and the AEIOU Executive: Future CEO.
Sonja is also a country co-chair for Ecocivilisation.
Welcome to share your thoughts on transparency in the comments below.

Only 14% women in Tech leader roles in IT !!
It thus simply exemplifies on how deplorable the societal norms were for women in India, most being prevalent even today. Perhaps, there's now a fervent hope to look at, with 40 percent of the STEM aspirants being women. And until they march ahead towards their end goals, we're already witnessing a significant surge in the techie roles bagged by women, esp. in the major metro cities. The irrational stakes and gender dominant legacies in IT recruitments shall eventually die down as women now are rationally considered and welcomed even at the preliminary and entrant-level IT jobs. Glad to see that my current workplace too has a decent share of women employees at tester, coder, developer etc. roles and the ones above too. Successively, this would certainly contend the state of regressive thoughts from the country, enabling & encouraging more women along all genders to consider venturing in STEM and other streams.
