Principal research fellow working on statistical methodology. Simulation studies, missing data, sensitivity analysis, covariate adjustment, estimands, IPD meta-analysis.
Who is going to CEN 2023? Looks like it's going to be really good! I'll be there for the first time, giving the Statistics in Practice session on simulation studies with Brennan Kahan. Statistics in Practice is an educational workshop that happens at each CEN conference, rather than running before or after, which IMO is a great approach. The only downside is that there are loads of other talks I want to hear while giving our workshop over two 100-min sessions. https://lnkd.in/eVF_zz2S

The SAT exam is a standardized test widely used for college admissions in the United States. It is designed to measure a student's academic skills and readiness for college-level coursework. Preparing for the SAT is crucial for obtaining a good score and increasing one's chances of being accepted into the college of their choice. Tutoring can be an extremely effective way to prepare for the SAT. A tutor can provide personalized guidance and help students develop the necessary skills and strategies to excel on the test. They can also provide practice tests and feedback to help students identify areas of weakness and improve overall performance.
