We are deeply saddened to learn about the tragic incident at IGI Airport, where a roof collapse claimed the life of a dedicated worker. This man, who was the sole breadwinner for his family, leaves behind two daughters. Our hearts go out to his family during this incredibly difficult time. It's a stark reminder of the importance of workplace safety and the profound impact such accidents have on families. Let's come together to support those in need and advocate for safer working conditions to prevent such tragedies in the future. #rip #delhiairport #taxidriver #breadearner

It's horrible enough that due to poor infrastructure a man lost his life and that his family was dependent on him. By saying things like who will incur daughters wedding expenses what are we implying ...A man lost his life , a family lost a member and yes the family's responsibility is a question but to sum it all into a daughter's marriage expense is highly shameful. This is normalizing weddings to be expensive and that a guy's family will make a man pay for daughter's wedding. Instead why not speak about education of the daughters and enabling them to find jobs.

Airport Authorities should be give expenses every month like family pension, to his wife so it will be very helpful for his family and take responsibilities for his Daughters as well.

The government should take responsibility for ensuring the safety and welfare of all citizens, Establishing a fund to support families in such unfortunate circumstances would not only provide immediate financial relief but also demonstrate a commitment to social welfare and justice. By managing such funds, the government can help families like his cope with their loss and ensure that the educational and marital aspirations of his daughters are not hindered. It's time for a compassionate approach to governance that prioritizes the well-being of every citizen. #SocialWelfare #GovernmentResponsibility #SupportForFamilies #CompassionateGovernance Delhi Government

Well, we all can wait for the governance to reasonably compensate the family for such a tragic and invaluable loss. OR We can get their family's details put up on crowdfunding or any such portal and make our little contribution towards their livelihood as a basic human gesture? Life is unfair by and large and I don't want to bet my penny on whether the governance will ensure full justice in such tragic cases. (We are all aware of ethics, bureaucracy and red tape) #loss #humanity #governance #India

Govt should work towards a future where no such incidents happen, but why to ask from govt, when they themselves are stealing from everyone, look at the ram mandir, newly constructed infra was not even able to handle a single day rain. this really shows, everyone from top to bottom are corrupt! agr hr koi apna kaam ache se karta aaj ye naubat nhi ati. and no one can compare a person's life with 20L.... its really disheartening 😥

This is a sudden unexpected and very sad news. Central govt and State govt - should stand by the family and provide monetary help to run the family. At this point, his family should not be worried about getting his daughters to be married. They should be educated enough to get a job to take care of their own family. The government should give them proper opportunities so that they themselves become the bread earners for their family. Getting married is no quick solution to this issue.
