Did Ambani's wedding scream “Make in India” move louder than a Bollywood dance number?
The spectacle of the year: Anant Ambani's wedding. Was it just a wedding, not at all; it was a six-month-long fiesta that made Bollywood look like a backyard BBQ. Mukesh Ambani, India's wealthiest tycoon, rolled out the red carpet for the elite from Hollywood, Bollywood, and the global business sphere. The grand affair didn't just dazzle—it gave India's economy a steroid shot and made Reliance Industries the talk of the globe.
The Ambanis decided to keep the party local, bucking the trend of India’s wealthy jetting off to exotic locales. And boy, did it pay off! Local businesses cashed in big time, with the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) estimating a boost of nearly Rs 4.74 lakh crore from weddings this season, thanks to the Ambani extravaganza.
Think of it as the ultimate local market date, where everyone got lucky.
This above scenario can also be explained in terms of economics as well, how? Let’s figure out.

Rebranding existed in India since the age of sages.
A dip in the Ganges and every sinner had a roadmap rolled out by divinity (questionable) for the future. As a saint. As a brand, formerly tarnished by Tamsic (if I may say) choices.
Nowadays, an image makeover doesn’t require one to trouble the Ganges.
A tweak in the name or a new one do the trick.
Let’s hope that the nation doesn’t wake up to a Mumbai Shaving Company. One of these days.

Is it okay to have friends at work?
This is a common question many people ask, especially when they feel stuck in their job.
Let me share a story with you.
Yesterday, my friend went to watch an IPL cricket match between Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
Most of the people there were cheering for Mumbai Indians, wearing blue and shouting "MI! MI!"
But there was one person wearing purple and cheering loudly for Kolkata Knight Riders, even when they started very badly.
The Mumbai Indians fans were obviously happy and even laughed at him.
But then something surprising happened.
Kolkata Knight Riders started doing better, made a remarkable comeback and ended up winning the match.
Strange thing is that some of the Mumbai Indians fans present there switched sides and started cheering for Kolkata Knight Riders now.
But the lone supporter of Kolkata Knight Riders didn't change.
The lesson here is that true friendship, like in a cricket match, means supporting each other through both good and bad times.
Some people at your workplace may only support you when you're doing well, but they're not your real friends.
Some people at your workplace would use you for their own benefits, but they're not real friends.
It's okay to have friends at work, but make sure you both support each other and help each other succeed without feeling jealous or insecure.
In conclusion, having friends at work can be a wonderful thing, but it's important to remember that true friendship means supporting each other through all the ups and downs. By cultivating genuine connections and standing by each other, we can create a positive and supportive work environment where everyone can thrive. So, go ahead and make friends at work, but always remember to be a true friend in return.

During the lively Sankranti celebrations, the charm of handcrafted manjas steals the show in the heart of Hyderabad City. Despite the changing times, the traditional skill of making manja with boiled rice, soap, glass dust powder, and vibrant colors thrives in the lanes of Dhoolpet and Magalhat.
In these historic neighborhoods, families uphold a tradition passed down through generations. Artisans like Rakesh Singh from Dhoolpet area, a manja craftsman, openly share their insights. Rakesh says, "For eight decades, my family has made manja right here, a spot where people used to reserve their manja months in advance."
Within Rakesh's family, a team effort unfolds. A few of his family members tie threads to poles at opposite ends of the road. Simultaneously, two others apply the paste, while an additional pair rolls the threads. Rakesh stresses, "It might seem simple, but mastering it takes years of practice. The right mixture, pressure, and timing are crucial."
This tradition has built a loyal clientele, drawing enthusiasts from all corners of India year after year. These patrons not only continue their tradition but also introduce newcomers to the world of manja.
As the Sankranti season unfolds, there's an optimistic vibe, fueled by the enthusiasm of both long-standing and new patrons. In this blend of tradition and innovation, Hyderabad becomes a canvas where the ancient craft of manja seamlessly weaves into the fabric of contemporary celebration.

🚨 Increased security and mass public gatherings are expected across India on April 23 as the nation celebrates the annual Hanuman Jayanti Hindu festival. 🙏🇮🇳
The largest gatherings are anticipated in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Odisha, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal states, with celebrations near Hindu temples and processions along major thoroughfares. 🕉️
However, with the festivities, there's also a risk of petty crimes like theft and pickpocketing, which usually increase during this period. 🛡️
Religious and civil society groups will hold processions and rallies nationwide, primarily near Hindu temples and prominent government buildings. Local authorities have issued traffic advisories for various processions, including one at the Shri Gali Anjaneya Swamy Temple in Bengaluru. 🚦
While participation may vary by locale, clashes between different religious groups or with law enforcement are possible. 🤝
Authorities have already heightened security in Balasore District in Odisha and Murshidabad District in West Bengal following recent communal clashes during festival processions. Similar security measures, including checkpoints, road closures, and temporary restrictions on public gatherings, may be implemented in other states, leading to localized transport and business disruptions. 🚓
Stay informed, exercise caution, and follow local authorities' instructions for a safe and peaceful celebration. 🙏✨ #HanumanJayanti#India#SafetyAlert 🇮🇳🚨
