The Signage Project Manager position with our client involves overseeing and managing sign-related projects. The primary responsibilities of the Signs Project Manager include:Project Planning and Execution: Skillfully plan, execute, and finalize projects based on the project management plan. This includes tasks such as conceptual design, estimating costs, negotiating with customers and suppliers, selecting vendors, maximizing profits, and providing regular customer reporting.Vendor and Subcontractor Relationships: Continually build, develop, and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel throughout the entire project to ensure its success.Staffing and Liaison: Develop staffing plans for projects, including labor, subcontractors, and project engineers. Act as a liaison between the local facility staff and regional team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.Financial Performance: Monitor, control, and report on the financial performance of projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.Vendor and Material Procurement: Estimate project costs, negotiate with vendors, and procure necessary materials for projects.Communication and Complaint Handling: Communicate project goals and objectives with field personnel in the electrical and lighting trade. Address and resolve complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or other stakeholders.Safety and Compliance: Oversee adherence to job site safety protocols and compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration
