  • The image has a blue gradient background with the Mailin’ It! logo in the bottom left corner and an image of a dog barking in the bottom right corner. There is white text that reads, “Last year more than 5,800 postal employees were attacked by dogs while delivering mail. Dog Bite Awareness Week, Episode 54 with special guest Linda DeCarlo, Senior Director of Occupational Safety and Health.”

I have been employed since April and still never gotten any dog spray 😅

United States Postal Service Is it your position to be completely tone deaf in all of your campaigns??? I was attacked from BEHIND by a GERMAN SHEPHERD! I took off three days and my coworkers were abusive when I returned because the stations are so understaffed they have to pivot and work my route. I have major anxiety, I am afraid 😳 to work the job and deal with the ignorance of postal employees playing doctor when their coworkers are injured - and the dogs are scary too

Staggering number, rule 1 should be ,if not safe to deliver don't deliver the mail and customer should pick up mail at nearest post office or pickup point.
