Accordingly, the Ukrainian producers were deprived of a right to use this legal tool to protect the Ukrainian market against imports. At the same time, imports are recovering, in some industries there is a significant increase in imports. So, the fact that the Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade and the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine have resumed their work is a very positive signal for the Ukrainian producers!
The International Trade Practice of Sayenko Kharenko has successfully represented Agrocenter LLC, Zmiivska Ovocheva Fabryka PJSC, Kombinat Teplychny PJSC, Kremenchytska Ovocheva Fabryka LLC, Ovochevyy Kombinat Stanyshivka LLC, Perspektyva LLC, Greenhouse Complex Dniprovsky LLC, Uman Greenhouse Complex and have managed to substantiate necessity to initiate anti-dumping investigation against imports into Ukraine of cucumbers and tomatoes with origin in Turkey. Particularly, associates of Sayenko Kharenko have advised clients, national producers of cucumbers and tomatoes, on the possibility of initiating the investigation and drafted an application for investigation initiation.
