2wTwo things to think about when applying: no someone at the location that is a supervisor, this helps when the hiring cert comes in and understand a lot of agencies have listings for possible future fills. So while the listing is posted it may be there pending funding. You may not be out completely, but pending. Agencies can’t say until the money comes. The hiring process needs a lot of work, but unfortunately no one wants to relook at the processes and streamline.
