Current methods for detecting contaminants in water are costly, time-consuming, and need specialized labs and highly trained personnel. We launched the Water Toxicity Sensor Challenge to help meet the need for better ways to monitor toxicity in water. We are proud to announce the #WaterTox Challenge Phase 2 winner, Aqua-Science LLC! Aqua Science LLC's BioLight Toxy instrument submitted by Kathy Miklas is designed to detect toxicity in water that could have adverse health effects.
