This one is high on my list. It’s too common in small construction firms for the owner to have 0 Spanish competency, a 99% primary-Spanish workforce, with a handful of bilingual foremen as the lynchpin. Too much gets lost in translation, so i see the value of a language access plan. Looking forward to catching your insights Francis!
