Construction progress of Shelby Ranch. Inspired by its location, this 302-unit project is farm-style living on the outskirts of Downtown Austin, with elements derived from Texas Vernacular architecture, the use of local materials and a large football sized open courtyard filled with several different amenities including a stand-alone barn style clubhouse and pool. Our Crosstown project in Austin just turned out great. Located on an extremely challenging long & narrow site with massive fall, the design grew from 2 stories at the high side to 5 stories on the low side. It's a great addition to the East Riverside district.
