TL;DR digitalization is big part of our commercial strategy. But IMO the best nugget is in the end: "I’d say that we’re on the verge of a revolutionary change towards an information supply chain model where customers have the power to decide how they want to utilise the data provided by suppliers." The idea is that data infrastructure develops fast (APIs are a standard thing and so on), but even more importantly ability to use that infrastructure (like how to get data through API) is remarkably easier than some time ago. It is both due to better software that connects easier, but also due to LLMs that can give instructions to non-tech people on how to connect and use data. So if you don't like to login to a customer portal, maybe you can easily configure automated weekly e-mail to you inbox containing data relevant to you. Or go to a chatbot to get data that we have on our business relationship, like orders, deliveries or sustainability.

👇 Plastic is essential in our daily lives, but its recycling still represents a challenge. Thus, the Enzycle project, funded by Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking (CBE JU) and coordinated by ITENE, has developed innovative enzymatic processes that make it possible to #recycle #plastics that until now were impossible to treat to obtain new raw materials, boosting the #circulareconomy. Precisely, this September 16, our experts participated in the Review Meeting of this project, completed this year. What were the results? ♻️ An international team has developed enzymes capable of breaking down plastics into their original components. ️♻️ ️ ️These enzymes make it possible to recycle plastics and transform them into new high-performance materials for sectors such as #packaging and #packaging, #transportation, construction and #textile.
