Carambole U Universe team is honoured to be incubated by the SFF member ICURe Incubation Programme, based at Queen’s University Belfast, a leading entrepreneurial university and one of the highest-level research institutions in the UK.  Four key elements shaping the eudaimonic world of Carambole U: fully functioning effectuators, communicating in “lemonade language”, living impactful episodes and overcoming challenges. Stay updated and you will be able to enter the Carambole U Universe one year from today - on 02.05.2025 😊 Carambole U is a billiard-style linking of research and practice within short-term entrepreneurship education. Thus, the eudaimonic conception of well-being calls upon people to live in accordance with their true self (Richard M. Ryan, 2001). Further research (Ute Stephan, 2020) highlights that subjective vitality is the essential component of eudaimonic well-being particularly important to entrepreneurship. So we embrace the challenging incubation program and find joy in this. This is so important as we know that behind every successful startup and breakthrough innovation are countless hours of hard work – and a lot of support.   There’s no easy or guaranteed path to success, and so innovators and entrepreneurs have to find the right collaborators, mentors and investors. They have to embrace trial-and-error problem-solving, capture every learning and work through the setbacks. It truly is a journey of perseverance. Every opportunity and bit of help makes a difference.   Remember too that Philips was also a startup at one point.
