The great news about us having 200 careers to choose from is that everyone has a seat at the table. We have a place for you here: http://spr.ly/6043g3aPP
US Military, especially/particularly the US Air Force, could/should do better headlining noncombatant specialties. Don't get me wrong... the clips of pilots in fighter jets, para rescue, drones, fire breathing jet engines is very cool, but all that "tip if the spear" stuff can't happen without the Lawyers, Law Enforcement, Hospitality, Recreation, Electrical- Mechanical-Environmental Engineers, Medical and Fire, Transportation and every other uber important job most High School and College grads can pursue. In short; our military bases are self sufficient cities, empowered by the Active Duty and civilian workforce within its walls and the difference is we proudly wear a uniform.
One of the best decisions I've ever made.
Amazing opportunities for everyone!
Training someone to do a job is probably the most helpful gesture one could do to save him/her. Paying enough to live on is good.
The Mighty A-10! Brrrrrrt!
