Employee engagement plays a big role in brand reputation and company success. Our United Minds team launched the new "Employees Rising 2024" report that looks at today's employee engagement and the important role of leadership. The report shows how transparent and visible leadership can boost employee morale and advocacy. It also reviews 10 years of changing employee expectations globally and in Europe, with advice for leaders on keeping talent and building brand loyalty. To Retain Employees, Focus on Inclusion - Not Just Diversity To retain employees, organizations must shift their focus from diversity to inclusion. Employees who feel they need to hide parts of their identity at work are at risk of leaving. Understanding employees is key. Conducting segmented engagement surveys and hosting focus groups can uncover valuable insights.
