Therefore, I am sharing 7 key checkpoints for Pharma Sales Managers to ensure optimal performance. 1. Medical Representative (#MR): - Plan and complete doctor visits. - Detail products effectively. - Generate and track #prescriptions (Rx). - Ensure stock availability at chemists. - Gather market and competitor insights. - Maintain relationships with key prescribers. - Submit daily reports and updates. 2. Area Business Manager (#ABM): - Review and guide MRs’ daily plans. - Ensure MRs achieve daily sales targets. - Track key doctor engagement and Rx growth. - Provide on-field coaching for MRs. - Monitor stock availability and distribution issues. - Resolve team challenges and gaps. - Submit performance reports to RSM. 3.Regional Sales Manager (#RSM): - Oversee ABM and MR performance daily. - Ensure regional sales targets are on track. - Focus on adding key prescribers. - Review field activity and Rx generation. - Analyze market dynamics and competitor trends. - Supervise promotional efforts (CMEs, camps). - Communicate with ZSM on key issues. 4.Zonal Sales Manager (#ZSM): - Review overall zonal sales performance. - Communicate with RSMs and ABMs. - Monitor Rx additions and prescriber engagement. - Ensure strategy execution at all levels. - Track stock flow and resolve distribution issues. - Motivate and develop leadership teams. - Analyze market trends for proactive action. 5. #SalesManager : - Conduct daily sales performance reviews. - Ensure alignment of strategy execution. - Track zone-wise target achievement. - Coordinate with other functions (#marketing, #supply). - Lead decision-making and issue resolution. - Track key prescriber engagement and growth. - Stay updated on market shifts and competitor #strategies.

I'm proud to be part of an organization that continues to significantly impact healthcare by providing clinicians with the medications they need to care for patients. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗿? As an OR pharmacist in the hospital, I witnessed firsthand the effects drug shortages have on patient care. As a sales leader engaging with healthcare providers nationwide, I've learned that while medication sourcing and gaps in the supply chain are common challenges for all hospitals and clinics, each one employs unique strategies to address it. These experiences demonstrated that the foundation of successful partnerships with customers is asking good questions, being genuinely curious about the challenges they face because only then can you be viewed as a trusted advisor and an extension of their healthcare team. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳? Be patient, but persistent. Just keep going - especially when the going gets tough. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗴𝗿𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝘆? Entrepreneurship is my favorite core value because it embodies innovation, resilience, and the drive to create positive change. It requires a forward-thinking mentality that is essential to remain at the forefront of this industry and develop healthcare solutions that follow emerging trends in healthcare.
